Privacy Policy

Symphony of the Knight ("the App") is operated by Enrique Garcia Rosales ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App handles and your rights over it. The App is designed to work without an account and to collect the minimum data needed for the features described below.

1. Data we collect — and why

• No account, no profile. The App has no sign-up. We do not ask for, or store, your name, email address, or any other identity data on our servers.
• App preferences. Your favorites, playback settings and subscription state are stored only on your device, in the App's private storage.
• Purchase data. Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card details. The App keeps only the store's purchase state (which subscription is active) to unlock premium features.
• Content delivery logs. When the App streams music or downloads artwork from our content servers (Amazon Web Services CloudFront / S3, United States), standard web-server logs (IP address, requested file, timestamp) may be processed transiently for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use them to profile you.

2. No advertising

The App shows no ads. We do not use any advertising SDK, we do not collect advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, or microphone data.
• Photos: the App only saves wallpapers you export to your photo library (with your permission). It never reads your existing photos.
• We run no analytics service of our own and have no user database.

4. Where data lives

Everything the App remembers about you (favorites, settings, downloads) stays in the App's private storage on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. Music and artwork are streamed from Amazon Web Services (us-east-1) over HTTPS.

5. Your rights

• Deletion: uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. There is no server-side account to delete.
• Questions or requests: contact us using the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The App carries a 9+ age rating for mild fantasy imagery (knights, swords and castles). That rates the content, not the audience: the App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. There is no sign-up and no user account, so nothing identifying a child is stored on our servers either way. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App.
