SYMPHONY OF THE KNIGHT
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Symphony of the Knight mobile application ("the App"), operated by Enrique Garcia Rosales ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The App streams instrumental music and displays fantasy artwork produced for the Symphony of the Knight YouTube channel, and lets you export artworks as wallpapers. Music playback (including background and lock-screen playback) is available to everyone; a free tier offers a limited selection of the library. A paid subscription — or a one-time Lifetime purchase — unlocks the full music library and wallpaper export (on iOS, exported artwork is saved to your photo library so you can set it as your wallpaper; on Android the App can set it for you directly). The App contains no advertising. Content is added over time; the exact size of the library may change.
2. Content, ownership & license to you
- The music and artwork in the App were produced for the Symphony of the Knight channel using paid, commercially-licensed creative tools, and we hold the commercial rights necessary to distribute this content in the App. Because some of this content is machine-generated, we do not represent that a separate statutory copyright necessarily subsists in any individual track or image.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the music and to use exported wallpapers for your personal, non-commercial use (e.g. as your phone or desktop wallpaper), for as long as you comply with these terms.
- You may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, or use the music or artwork in your own videos, products, or monetized content, nor claim authorship of them.
- Downloading or extracting content by any means other than the App's own features is prohibited.
3. Purchases & billing
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown in the App before purchase, and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew and is tied to the store account that bought it. You can restore it on your devices with Restore purchases in the App. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription — cancel that separately in your store account settings so it stops renewing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their store policies.
- Prices may change; changes apply only to subsequent billing periods and you will be notified in advance as the stores require.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the App or its content servers, circumvent technical or subscription protections, or use the App in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for, and agree to indemnify us against, any claim arising from your use of the App or its content in breach of these terms — including any commercial use, redistribution, or re-upload of the music or artwork.
5. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the App and its library available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, replace, or remove content and features, and may discontinue the App with reasonable notice; store rules on active subscriptions will be honored.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement — to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the use of the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim and (b) US$60.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
